Terms of use

Terms of Service

Welcome to AppTelegram — a directory of Telegram bots and mini apps. By using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

AppTelegram provides a platform for discovering, browsing, and rating Telegram bots and mini apps. We are not the owners or developers of the bots listed in the catalog.

2. Account & Registration

Authentication is handled via Telegram. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. We do not store passwords — login is performed exclusively through the official Telegram widget.

3. Submitting Bots

Any authenticated user may submit a bot for inclusion in the catalog. We reserve the right to reject or remove any bot at our discretion. It is prohibited to submit bots that violate applicable law, distribute spam or fraudulent content, or violate Telegram's own terms.

4. Comments & Ratings

Users may leave comments and ratings. You are responsible for your own content. The following are strictly prohibited: insults, spam, advertising, misinformation, and any content that infringes third-party rights.

5. Moderation & Bans

The administration reserves the right to remove any content and ban users who violate these Terms, without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

AppTelegram is not responsible for the functionality of listed bots, any damage resulting from their use, or the accuracy and timeliness of bot descriptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
