Site Rules

These rules apply to all users of AppTelegram. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from responsibility.

1. Communication & Comments

Respect other users. The following are prohibited:

• Insults, threats, and harassment directed at other users
• Hate speech based on nationality, religion, gender, or any other characteristic
• Spam, flooding, and meaningless repetitive messages
• Advertising third-party resources without admin approval
• Deliberate spread of false information

2. Submitting Bots

When adding a bot to the catalog, the following are prohibited:

• Submitting bots unrelated to Telegram (invalid usernames, non-existent bots)
• Submitting duplicates of bots already in the catalog
• Providing intentionally false descriptions or categories
• Submitting bots that distribute malicious content, spam, or facilitate scams
• Submitting bots that violate copyright or Telegram's own Terms of Service

3. Reports

If you notice a violation — use the "Report" button. Abuse of the report system (filing baseless reports to harm another user) is itself a violation of these rules.

4. Account

• Creating multiple accounts to bypass a ban is prohibited
• Impersonating other users, moderators, or administrators is prohibited
• Any actions aimed at disrupting the normal operation of the website are prohibited

5. Sanctions

Depending on the severity of the violation, the administration may apply:

• Removal of a comment or bot
• Temporary ban (1 day / 7 days / 30 days)
• Permanent account ban

Serious violations (fraud, threats, distribution of illegal content) result in an immediate permanent ban without warning.

6. Appeals

If you believe a ban was unjust — contact the administration via our Telegram channel or E-Mail. We will review your case within 3 business days.

7. Admin Discretion

The administration reserves the right to make decisions in situations not covered by these rules, guided by common sense and the best interests of the community.
